The following provides a general overview of the Group’s repairing obligations at tenant’s homes. In certain circumstances repair responsibilities at individual properties may differ to those listed below.
Not all items listed will be applicable to all tenant’s (even though marked yes under our responsibilities below) and tenants should reference their individual tenancy agreements for responsibilities applicable to their individual tenancies.
As a responsible Landlord, in some circumstances, we may agree to undertake some items over and above the Group’s repairing obligations.
