We are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers. However, we realise that things can occasionally go wrong.

If this happens to you or if you feel our service doesn’t meet your expectations, then we want you to let us know and we will always try to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
 
Contacting us out of hours
Our connect contact service is open to take calls from 9.00am - 5.00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 9.00am - 6.00pm on Wednesday. We understand that these times are not convenient for everyone, or that something very urgent may occur when our daytime contact service is not available. To report a situation outside our office hours that needs an emergency response, call 0800 234 6826.
