Michael Dyson Associates Ltd. has been appointed to carry out stock condition surveys on behalf of MCC Housing Services.
The data gathered from the surveys will be used to plan for future investment programmes.
Each surveyor will have ID and a letter of authority from MCC Housing Services.
What is a Stock Condition Survey (SCS) and what will it involve?
A stock condition survey is a visual inspection of the inside and outside of your home. It takes around 20 minutes to complete. You must be home in order for this survey to be carried out. A qualified surveyor will assess the age and condition of major elements in your property such as the kitchen, bathroom, windows, and doors. They will need access to every room and will take photographs of your kitchen, bathroom, boiler and electrical fuse box to support the survey.
