Essential IT Maintenance Work

Please note that we will be carrying out some scheduled maintenance work on our systems from 4pm on Friday 02 February. While we will be available to answer your calls between 4-6pm, we will only be able to provide a limited service during this time.

We will also be updating our MyJigsaw online customer portal and Tameside allocations online portal from 4pm on Friday until Saturday afternoon. We understand these services are important to you and we are taking all the necessary measures to make them available again as soon as possible.
