Upcoming project and events

On this page you can find out more about what Renaissance is doing in your area that you can become involved in. All of our social regeneration projects involve local residents in identifying the need, planning and delivery. We will advertise all of these projects on these pages right from the start so that you can get involved whenever you want.

Current events

100 Days Challenge

From 14 February to 24 May 2008, Adactus will be working with Manchester City Council, local communities, young people, parents and carers, schools and businesses on the 100 days Challenge campaign. The campaign will be very community focused - this year we would like to ask you and your friends and neighbours to take a look at where you live and to agree on projects that need your support.   These could be to do with young people, the environment or fostering a more neighbourly community.

The main themes will be:

Cleaner and Greener living

Improving the local environment

We've already got some great ideas that we are working on and will broadcast them on this page soon so that you can get involved. But we'd also like to hear you ideas.

If you have an idea of how we could help you improve your community than you can ring Iain Illstone, Regeneration Officer, on 0800 234 6826.
