Many of which are free if you are in receipt of benefits. You can contact them on Victoria Mill Adult Learning Centre - 0161 234 5640 Neighbourhood Wardens Our wardens are out and about patrolling the streets in their distinctive blue jackets - usually on foot, but sometimes on scooters, bikes or in the warden vehicle. They keep an eye on the neighbourhood from eight in the morning until ten at night, six days a week.
