Winter Community Games

Saturday 8th December saw the end result of six community group’s hard work. The Groups; two youth groups, three residents groups and a church coffee morning group worked over three weeks with a community artist to produce an ‘old style’ game.

These games were then showcased at the event on Saturday where the groups had a chance to raise money for their groups by charging for their game. The games included ‘Hook the Bauble’, ‘Splat the Santa’ and ‘Santa Drive’.

Residents also had the chance to create decorations from recycled materials and to make their own cards and gift boxes.
