School Choir Brings Festive Cheer
Schoolchildren from Park View Community School came down to the library to sing carols for Miles Platting older residents. They sung a medley which included Christmas carols, and songs from their performances at MEN arena earlier in the week. Residents from Reginald Latham Court, Age Concern and the Leaf Centre came down to enjoy the festive singing organised by Adactus with Zest and Manchester Libraries.
Visitors also enjoyed mince pies, a buffet and a raffle for a fruit basket.
