Residents Take a Peek into the Future
In August we held a trip to the first housing PFI in Manchester - Grove Village, Ardwick. A dozen tenants, including members of Sawley Road, Landos Court and Naylor Court Tenants Groups made the trip to find out how life had changed in the four years since the PFI began.
Everybody found the trip very informative and found that despite the inconveniences of the refurbishment work residents were now extremely happy with the end result and they now live on a much more pleasant, cleaner and safer estate. The residents that attended now have a better idea of what they can expect in Miles Platting in years to come.
