Renaissance Launch Party
Following the hectic first few weeks of extended opening hours at the office, the Renaissance Consortium held a Easter fun day for residents of Miles Platting. Well over 400 residents turned up to enjoy the day at St. Marks School on Holland Street on a warm day in the Easter Holidays.
Renaissance teamed up with a range of other agencies to provide a whole host of activities from a bouncy castle to face painting, to massage and reflexology. By far the most popular activity though, was the hanging basket workshop. Dozens of families got the chance to create their own baskets so lets look forward to seeing some bright and beautiful gardens throughout the neighbourhood this summer!
It was also a chance for residents to quiz members of the consortium on what exactly the PFI meant to them. People grabbed this opportunity to find out how Adactus work, see PRP’s (the architects) vision for the estate and what refurbishments they can expect from Lovell.
