Park View Succesful in Green Grant Application
The group, which consists of local residents and staff from Park View School, formed to improve the lives of children and families that attend Park View School. Adactus have recently extended the same support they offer to residents groups to Park View PTFA including training, capacity building and access to grants such as Green Grants. Green Grants is a yearly scheme run by Adactus where groups of residents can apply for grants for environmental improvements in their area. Park View are going to use their grant to involve children and families in planting shrubs and vegatables within the school grounds. They are also creating a seating and social area which can be accessed by the community.
