Miles Platting swimming pool is open for free during half term
Miles Platting swimming pool during the February half term (Monday 13th- Sunday 19th February) will be free to use!
The Miles Platting swimming pool was one of the winners of Adactus Housing's You Decide funding. They have put their funds towards opening up the pool for all Miles Platting residents for the February half term (see the poster here>>)
As operators of the facility, the Manchester Sport and Leisure Trust are pleased to be able to offer free gym inductions and free gym access for over 16s during the week as well as free swimming for adults, as this compliments the free swimming already available for children aged 16 and under through the citywide Free Swimming programme.
It is advised to organise gym inductions prior to the February half term as they anticipate the centre to be busy. Gym inductions can be organised by phoning the centre on 0161 205 8939.
During the half term the centre will be open 7am - 10pm (Monday 13th to Friday 17th, from 9am - 4pm (Saturday 18th) and from 9am - 2pm (Sunday 19th). The full pool timetable can be found here >>
