Everybody needs good neighbours

The aim of the good neighbour agreement is to reinforce the Tenancy agreement and to add other residents ideas on how to make Alburn Court a better place to live. 

The agreement included clauses such as keeping clear the landing floor directly outside residents homes and reporting people tailgating to our security company.

The three main aims of the agreement are:

To encourage the residents of Alburn Court to be good neighbours as well as good tenants.

To make a united stand against anti social behaviour.

To make Alburn Court a great place to live.

The agreement will help the residents, Adactus and other agencies stop anti social behaviour and build on the relationship between the residents and the housing staff for a better future.
