100 Days Challenge
The 100 Days Challenge is Manchester City Council's intiative to get communities active in making a difference in their area. The theme this year is Clean and Green and with Manchester aiming to become the UK's greenest City everybody can help to make a difference.
We have already identified several areas that we would like to work with and have resident support to provide plants, hanging baskets and know how to help residents brighten up their streets.
If you have an idea of how you could environmentally improve your area or street or even just think it would be a good idea to get the whole street together, then we can help. Call Iain Illstone on 0800 2346826 to find out more. We will cover the costs, provide the plants, know how and even manpower. All you need to do is get some friends and neighbours together.
In addition to this we will be running events and promotions throughout the 100 days including recycling and healthy living so watch this space to see you can get involved...
