neighbourhood vision
Renaissance has a vision for Miles Platting. It will consist of a great deal of change, improvements, and redevelopment but once it becomes a reality will certainly be worth the wait.
The neighbourhood plan for Miles Platting includes creating a mixed tenure area, i.e. creating a healthy mix of both council tenants and owner occupiers. As such over the next twelve years Lovell will build 1080 new homes for open sale.

Although a significant proportion of these properties will be built on land left clear by demolitions of poor standard and unwanted homes in the past, the redevelopment of the estate will inevitably involve the demolition of some properties, some council owned, other owner occupiers. If this affects you can find out more by speaking to Gary Sullivan on 0161 2344734
The new homes will be a mix of traditional style housing as well as contemporary living houses and flats. These new homes, and the improvements to existing properties will help make Miles Platting an attractive, high-quality neighbourhood where people choose to live and want to stay.
