Both Adactus Housing Association and Lovell provide a wide range of services that go beyond that which you would expect as standard. Between them they have highly trained staff to make sure the redevelopment and refurbishment process is as easy as possible and to ensure that Miles Platting has a both a look and a community to be proud of.

Adactus offer a housing management service which promises to help you pay your rent, take care of the environment and open spaces, handle anti-social behavior and neighbour nuisance, and re-house and accommodate our residents.

In addition, they also offer services such as Resident Involvement, Regeneration and Neighbourhood Management, Financial Inclusion and Tenant Liaison through the refurbishments.

Lovell have a comprehensive site team for each of the Zones; North, South and the Tower Blocks. [Click here to see a refurbishment programme map]

They also have a tenant liaison team that will contact you in the months leading up to your refurbishments and handle any queries and complaints before, during and after the procedure.
