The Renaissance Consortium is a partnership specially set up to deliver
the Miles Platting Neighbourhood PFI project. Renaissance brings together a
number of organisations with a wide range of skills and a wealth of experience:
Each of the partners has a specific role in delivering the project:

Adactus Housing will provide the housing management service including rent collection, tenancy and leasehold management and customer services.
