Meet the team - Adactus Housing Association
Regional Manager:
Suzanne Bullock
Housing Management
The housing management team is responsible for looking after all issues that concern you about the neighbourhood. The team ensures that it looks after residents and the estate by delivering effective services related to the environment and anti-social behaviour. They will also make sure that rent is received on time and that residents keep to their tenancy agreement.
Each housing officer now has a 'patch' and looks after all issues within this area. Your Housing Officer will be your point of contact for any queries you may have which means, for example, you could speak to them if you are struggling to pay your rent or if you want to report an incident of anti-social bahaviour.
